While ozepic drugs and the like have become a lot in demand for weight loss, a holistic doctor has shared three foods she says can be equally effective.
Dr. Taz Bhatia, an Atlanta-based Board-based Integration Medicine physician, recently shared the articles she says “Mimic Ozepic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and all GLP-1 medicines” in a Tiktok video that already has 24,000 likes .
